Join Bobby Lyle’s Acoustic Trio, Bunny Brunel CAB, and special guest Kaylene Peoples for a night of serious jazz, ranging from fusion to smooth to straight ahead, presented by Spacefather Entertainment and hosted by Verdell Adams.
Bunny Brunel CAB performs the first set with Mitch Forman (Keys), Alex Machacek (GTR), Kaylene Peoples (Flute/Vocals), and DeCarlos “Hulk”Davis (Drums). CAB earned a grammy-nomination for the album “CAB 2,” the second Grammy-nomination for Brunel. As a long-time member of Chick Corea’s band (9 years to be exact) Bunny has also performed with Herbie Hancock, Al Jarreau, Stevie Wonder, Wayne Shorter, Natalie Cole, Dizzy Gillespie just to get started! Bunny Brunel is a founding member of the Jazz Bass Fusion Movement along with Jaco Pastorius, Stanley Clarke, and Jeff Berlin.
A flutist in CAB and a jazz vocalist, recording artist Kaylene Peoples will be sitting in with Bobby Lyle, performing her award-winning single “Giant Steps” from her CD “My Man.” Kaylene Peoples is an LA Music Awards-winning producer and has performed/recorded with Larry Dunn (EWF), Hubert Laws, Patrice Rushen, Stanley Clarke, and more.
